Join Hana for a 60 minute Pilates Fusion class! In this class, we will mix a combination of core work, upper body, and lower body movements. There is a great warm-up, and then most of the class will be on the mat lying down on your belly, back, and side. We will have a few minutes at the end to also do some standing movements.
No props are required for this class, just ensure you have enough space around you that you have the freedom to move! You can also have a pillow close by in case you need to for your head or your knees.
