Today's message for this practice is around anxiety and the importance of calming our nervous systems. Lisa shares her recent experience with anxiety, and notes how emotional and visceral it is.
Ways that she says you can calm the nervous system are by taking big, deep calming breaths. Then allow yourself to focus on your breath and the present moment. Say to yourself, "In the present moment I am ok." Lastly, any physical reaction your body has, allow yourself to undo that.
