Mari, YYOGA Teacher and Teacher Trainer, guides you through a dynamic and challenging sequence geared towards intermediate students. This 60 minute class allows plenty of time to move, get into your side body, and enjoy some sweet, deep twisting.
You’ll end with some backbends to counter all the twisting and close with a well deserved savasana.
Mari doesn't cue to yoga probs in this class but if you know you like to use a block, grab one! And if you don’t have one, use a thick book or sturdy container.
Note, YYOGA Power is usually practiced in a room that is heated at 32 degrees, however this is not mandatory or necessary to get the most out of this class.
