Join Rebecca for this gentle Heart Opening Yin Yoga practice. Mobilize the spine and release layers of tension through the hips, chest, and shoulders. This class is thoughtfully designed to help you connect with the light of your glowing, open heart.

This class uses a yoga mat, yoga block and yoga strap. If you don't have a strap at home you can use a belt, a scarf or anything similar that supports your stretch. If you don't have blocks at home, you can use a stiff pillow, a stack of books or anything similar you have around your home that is stable and supports you in the same way.
