Join Jayme and soar! This 60 minute Power Yoga practice leads to Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon) by preparing the body with functional movement. You’ll create space in your hips, strengthen your core, and build a strong foundation through key actions that will help you with this as well as many other arm balances. By intentionally targeting and opening specific parts of the body prior to attempting the pose, you may get closer than ever to flying.
Optional Props: 2 blocks.
