Join Sasha for a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow practice. This class involves some arm balances, so it may be suited to more experienced yoga practitioners. The essence of Astavakrasana is that it doesn't matter how strong or weak you are physically, your spirit can still be strong.
Props: 2 blocks (or books) and a strap (or scarf/robe tie)
