Join Heather for a challenging, 60-minute Power Yoga practice. This is a more intermediate-level class, so if you are new to yoga you may want to select a different Power class that doesn't include inversions/inversion training.
This class will start off with some core-engaging movements at the beginning. We will get into a juicy & smooth Vinyasa Flow, and then play with some kicking up into handstands (or your variation!)
Remember to listen to your body and find what feels good for you. Take breaks anytime you need and listen to your body.
Props: No props required, but please have a yoga block (or book/pillow) in case you need it.
