What should students expect from your class?
A well-themed and intelligently sequenced class to meet the underlying intention and tone of the day. My classes are full breath awareness and freedom in movement with attention to safe and individual alignment. You’ll leave class feeling energized, renewed, and inspired to take the “yoga” off your mat and with you into your day.
I have been guiding and mentoring students through my teaching for over 15 years and I am forever grateful to the many teachers and students who have inspired me along the way. I am a RYT-500 and ERYT-500 teacher and have been co-leading teacher trainings for a decade. I teach inspiring classes full of breath awareness, curiosity in movement and attention to alignment in the body, in both Vinyasa Power Flow and Hatha style classes.
