Join Aaliya for a 30 minute Hatha Yoga practice. In this class, you can expect slower movement with longer-held postures. There will be a lot of intentional breath and a balance of movement and stretch.
"Ha" meaning the sun, and "Tha" meaning the moon: the idea of this practice is to harmonize & unify the solar energies within us.
