This meditation is to help you manage and move past those feelings of the "Sunday scaries". For a lot of us, Sunday is the end of our weekend and just before we start the workweek.
Lisa suggests a few ways to help cope with these feelings:
1. Take a moment to sit with yourself and notice what you're feeling. Recognize that even with these feelings going on, you still have a choice on how you'd like to show up.
2. Recognize that you have the power. How would you like to show up to your workweek? Acknowledge your own power to help conquer the stresses that are out of your control.
