Join Chrissy for this 10-minute tone class! This class will focus on your glutes (aka your booty!). This is a Pilates-based class, so you will be on your mat for the whole 10 minutes (no standing poses). These quick classes are great when you are looking to gain strength and feel the burn in one specific area of your body.
No props are required, but if you want to add some weight you can use a dumbbell or something heavy for bridges.
