This Flow class is all about preparing and warming up the body to be best set up to practice inversions. You can expect to open up the shoulders and hamstrings to help prep you to play with handstands on the wall. This class isn't going to have long holds, but instead, it will focus on warming up to the core to help you hug into your centre to give you stability as you play.
