Starting in Child's Pose you're invited to flow through a number of progression of poses that will enhance your balance. Focus your Drishti on a still point while you test yourself with Gate Pose, twists and Tree Pose. You can expect a healthy balance of strength building and deep stretching.
This class uses yoga blocks and a chip foam block. If you don't have any yoga blocks, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in a similar nature. Instead of a chip foam block feel free to use a firm pillow or a folded up towel.
