Mikaela leads you through a challenging, full-body power sequence inviting you to push yourself with some of her dynamic moves. This class follows the sequence of a traditional power class including lots of vinyasas but Mikaela adds in a little more heat with a faster pace and light jumping. Throughout the class, Mikaela reminds you to only take the options that work for your body, so if hops are not for you, leave them out!
At the end, extend your rest pose as long as you feel your body needs it!
You only need a yoga mat for this class but you might want to also grab some water and a towel. Press play and get sweaty!
