Join Jasmina for a 45-minute Flow Yoga class. This class focuses on core and balancing poses. Our balance can feel different every day, so this class helps us to hone our skills to focus on the midline and help us have more consistent balance in class.
Out of the mind and into the body, this powerful yoga practice will bring you home through a series of fiery, challenging postures. Get soothed by poetry throughout the class and come to a deep rest within. This is a more intermediate-level Power class.
