Join Mikaela for a 45-minute Fiery Power class! In this class, we will build heat in our bodies through dynamic sequences. We will find strength in our bodies within, and in-between the poses. The sequences in this practice will be lengthier which means you will find a firey formula in your body on each side of the sequence. Remember to add on or pair back where you need to, and have fun!
