Join Miguel for a 60 minute Power & Meditation class. This class will begin with a Flowing Asana movement. Throughout the movement part of the class, we will be building heat, stretching our body and challenging our mind, to achieve the ultimate goal of deep relaxation at the end. The end of this class will include a systematic, guided meditation. After this class, you will feel a sense of balance within your body.
