Join Katrina for a 45 minute Flow Yoga practice for Shoulder Mobility. To get into some poses to increase our shoulder mobility, please have a yoga strap or an at-home alternative. This could be a scarf, a robe tie, or a belt!
Along with increasing strength and mobility of the shoulders, this flow class will incorporate dynamic movement through poses that will align with breath.
Props: Yoga strap and (optional) a block (only if you know you need this for your practice to bring the floor to you).
