Join Regina for a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This will be a special class focusing on the fall equinox. This is the time of the year where the length of day and night are exactly the same. This practice will be about finding the balance between light and dark and honouring them both equally.
