Welcome to Hot Yoga 2.0! This is a YHot inspired Power Yoga class. In this practice, you can expect a lot of the sequences and poses you will find in hot yoga, but with the addition of arm balances and other challenging postures. This class is designed to heat you up, even if the heat isn't cranked up in your house!
Props: 2 blocks (or books) and a yoga strap (or scarf, robe tie, dog leash)
