Naomi's designed a quick upper body class for you that will get the job done fast. In 20 minutes, you'll use a highly effective circuit to target and strengthen your arms, back, and shoulders.
Today's circuit has 8 exercises which will each last 50 seconds and you'll have 10 seconds of rest in between. If you need longer breaks, definitely take them! This is your workout, so you decide if you use heavier weights, take modifications or take longer water breaks.
If you're looking for a full-body program, try one class per day in Naomi's YExpress collection. This class can be combined with a cardio class or a run if you're feeling ambitious.
All you need is a set of lighter-weight dumbbells and your body weight. You can use anything you have at home, including cans of soup or water bottles.
