This class will look into "adaptive shortening" which is when a muscle is held in a position for a long time and then grows into that position. Chrissy will take us through three different areas of the body where "adaptive shortening" can occur and demonstrate exercises/stretches to help. Ultimately, the goal of this class is to help improve posture.

Join Chrissy for a quick, targeted class! This 13-minute class is a Barre-based practice working on burning your hips and thighs. Each exercise will be 40 seconds, with a quick break. For balance, Chrissy suggests you use a chair, or do this class next to a wall or kitchen counter.
