Chrissy Chequer

Chrissy excels in helping people live a healthy vibrant life through the joy of movement.

Chrissy holds a Bachelors Degree with Honors in Exercise Physiology, from the College of St Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She is certified with the American Society of Exercise Physiologists.

She is also a certified Stott Pilates instructor/practitioner and personal trainer. She has extensive experience across the fitness industry and has worked and studied in The USA, Canada, Australia and Ireland.

Chrissy is also the co-owner of 49th Degree Health Solutions Inc. and Yurika, Cramp Free Naturally, the only Health Canada certified solution for menstrual cramps.

Breath, core strength and engagement, mobility and proper postural alignment are principles Chrissy always emphasizes.

You can expect her classes to be effective, informative, and encouraging.

  • Total Body & Core Workout (30 min) - with Chrissy Chequer

    Join Chrissy for this express workout! This 30-minute class is a total body integrative workout. You can expect 10 minutes of core, 10 minutes of legs, and 10 minutes of arm exercises. Each exercise will be 40 seconds, with a short rest after.
    No props are required for this class.
