What can students expect from Connor's class?
Students should expect a strong, sweaty, and grounded flow that brings them back to their bodies and centre – ultimately releasing what no longer serves them and brings them closer and closer to their true nature.
Connor completed his Ashtanga and Vinyasa 200 hour training in South Goa, India. He brings a strong, sweaty and grounded style to the mat while intertwining philosophical and creative elements into my practice. His approach is to empower people by helping them drop down into their bodies and find their inner strength and joy.

    For the early risers who love to get their body moving before work, this class is for you. 30 minutes of fast-paced Vinyasa Flow class to build heat in the body, open up, and build strength.

  • Solar Plexus Flow (45 min) - with Connor Roff

    In the spirit of celebrating summer, Connor has prepared a solar plexus-focused Flow Yoga class. This is a 45-minute practice includes a lot of fiery energy. You can expect to move dynamically, build heat in the body, and flow with the breath.

  • Gentle Wind Down (30 min) - with Connor Roff

    Wind down and rest at the end of your day. This class is all about relaxation and releasing any tension in the shoulders from sitting. Let go of any stress, exhale anxious feelings, and come home to yourself.

    Props: Use lots of blankets, cushions, or pillows to make yourself really comfortable.

  • Intermediate Fast & Fiery Flow (30 min) - with Connor Roff

    This will be a quick and fiery Vinyasa Flow class. Connor classifies this as an intermediate-style Flow class, so expect a lot of dynamic movement and add-on cues.

  • Flow State (45 min) - with Connor Roff

    Drop into your body and find your flow state. This is a minimal cueing class which allows practitioners to listen less to the teacher's voice and more to what is going on in their bodies. It's best suited for well-practiced yogis who have the fundamentals of yoga and proper alignment down.

    Join Connor for a quick, challenging Vinyasa Flow curated for well-practiced yogis. This class will include more advanced postures and quick, fiery movement. You can expect to flow dynamically with your breath, and find a strong connection to your body.
