Join Hana for an Express Fitness class! This interval class will be all about the upper body & core. This 30-minute class includes:
- 5-minute warm-up
- 5 different exercises for the upper body done twice
- 5 different core exercises done twice
- The intervals in this class will be 45 seconds...
