Welcome to Deb's Funky Crow Flow practice! This is a fun and playful 45 minutes where we will be playing with some funky arm balances.
Crow Pose (Bakasana) is an arm balance that challenges the mind-body connection and strengthens the core. It strengthens the abdominal organs which can aid in indigestion and support the lower back. This posture also strengthens the arms, the wrist, and the back body.
