Meet Deb! Deb teaches a fluid style of yoga that dynamically links the flowing nature of the breath with mindful continual movement. This heat-building flow will not only increase strength and flexibility, but will train the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout the most difficult challenges on and off the mat. She says, "I like to move, play, and push the boundaries of what we think we can do. Our minds are so powerful. They think we can’t do that arm balance or stay five more breaths in Warrior II. I like to dance with those boundaries, so expect a powerful class physically and mentally. With a good playlist."
