This is a more gentle Hatha practice. This slow practice emphasizes a balance of postural alignment to deeply stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions, longer holds, and minimal weight bearing on the wrists.
Props - no props required for today's class, but please have some blocks (or books/pillows) close by in case you need them.
