Do the arches of your feet get sore in a standing series? Are your ankles tight? Sometimes in yoga, our feet & ankles start to get achy when you are doing lots of standing poses and balances. This class is perfect to help stretch & gain mobility!
Optional Props: Resistance Band (or belt, yoga strap, robe tie), a tennis ball, and a dowel.
