Let's embody the dualities of being human. At times we shrink, we get small, and at times we expand, play big, step into our power. Both hold purpose. We should never disregard the moments we feel small but instead allow ourselves to feel it in order to filter it out, so that we can indeed shed that layer and lean into something bigger, something that we are capable of! Throughout the fiery practice, we will be expressing both the small versus the big through transitions in shapes. Tightening, shrinking, to feel the sensations that are created in that moment, and then breathing, expanding into a larger shape to open up and let some light in!
