Join Katrina to Wake up & Flow! In this 30-minute practice, we will begin to gently move, open up our heart, get our blood-flowing, and energize ourselves for the day ahead!
This is the perfect class to do in the morning, but feel free to use this anytime you feel like you need a gentle pick-me-up!
No props needed for this class, but feel free to have a block (or at home alternative like a book/pillow) nearby.
