Join Sasha for a 55 minute Flow Yoga class. This practice is all about balancing the heart and the core. Physically, we will do some backbending always followed by core integration. Spiritually, this symbolizes opening your heart to share your light with the world, while also looking inward to your willpower and strength.
This is a fun and fiery Vinyasa Flow class with lots of opportunities to play.
Optional Props: 2 blocks (or books) and a yoga strap (or belt/robe tie)
