Join Mikaela for a 45 minute Power Yoga practice. This class will focus on a lot of balance. To engage our stabilizing, deep muscles and really concentrate on the transitions, you can expect a slower Power-Flow practice than you might be used to, but it will still hold lots of fire! The shapes in this practice will also be held for longer periods of time.
Props: no props required but please have blocks (or books) close by to help with balance
