This practice is perfect for when you need to dedicate some time to show yourself some extra love, compassion, and kindness.

Self Empowerment Flow (30 min) - with Crystal Rainbow Borrelli
During the mindful movement practice led by Crystal, she references the teachings of Spanda which originate from the Sanskrit word 'spadi', meaning "to move a little". Crystal encourages you to connect with your inner Spanda to experience joy and harmony.

Join Deb for a 45-minute Power practice. This class is a sequence of dynamic poses paired with thoughtful breathwork so you can be present in the moment and ground yourself on and off the mat.
