Pre-natal Pilates for your third trimester.
Only once your health care practitioner gives you the green light to practice Pilates, take time for yourself with this 30 minute Pre-Natal Pilates Full Body Workout with Heather Obre (McEwen).
Heather will help you build core strength and stability during your pregnancy; always listen to your body and omit any movements that don't work for you.
You will use two light weights in this class. If you don’t have weights, two water bottles or a couple of cans of beans will work well too.
Once again, please speak to your doctor before proceeding with any exercise, including Pilates, if you are pregnant to ensure that this physical exercise works for your individual body and needs.
