Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a powerful meditation technique. This is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain because it's accessible for everyone - all you need is a mat and your breath. Use this practice to feel into the full spectrum of your emotions.
Acknowledge the presence of opposites, the highs and the lows, the expansion, and contraction. Let Sam's calming presence guide you into your own feelings, whatever they may be. Throughout this 30 minute class, you can lay in Savasana or a comfortable seat. Sam will lead you through a body scan, breathwork, and guided visualizations to bring you to a state of calm and peace.
You don't need much for this class just a mat or a comfortable seat.
