Join Heather for 30 minutes of full-body sculpting and toning Pilates movements accompanied by music. This is a mat Pilates class, meaning that all of the movements will be done on your back, belly, or side (no standing postures).
Optional Props: Heather is using 2 small, weighted balls for this class. You can use anything that has additional weight (like cans of soup or water bottles) to add a deeper burn to some of the exercises.
