This is a sweaty power flow that will be sure to challenge you. Shannon provides options for yogis at any level, so don't be afraid to jump in and give it a try! Shannon's clear direction guides you through three flows that each offers a slight variation from the last. After each working session, you're invited to come back to your breath and relax in pigeon or mountain pose.
This class uses yoga blocks. If you don't have any, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in similar nature.
