Join Katherine for a 60-minute dynamic Hatha class. You can expect a slow, awakening class, that will lead to some standing poses. This class will build a little bit of heat to let you ultimately relax deeply into the floor.
This slower-paced practice is all-levels friendly and emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body.
