Welcome to Power Yoga with Samaneh! This is an all-levels Power Vinyasa-Flow that comes in at just under an hour. This class includes opportunities to build fire by offering arm balances, or you can work up to arm balances by focusing on the strength-building poses leading up to flying. You can expect to move dynamically with breath, and enjoy thoughtful cues from Samaneh.
Props: It can be helpful to have two blocks (or sturdy books) close by if you need them.
