Join Sasha for a fun & fiery Flow Yoga practice! In this 50 minute class, we will do a lot of spinal flexions, as well as a lot of outer hips and IT band stretching. This is a dynamic yoga practice that will synchronize breath with movement and offer a balance of strengthening and stretch! This is an all-levels practice that offers a balance of heat building and deep release. Put on your favorite playlist, settle in, and enjoy this time you've carved out for yourself.
Props: Please have a block or two close by in case you need them for balance or to bring the floor to you. At-home alternatives could be things like books or pillows.
