This class incorporates all planes of movement (3 dimensional) which leads to functional and stable muscles. Hana starts by leading you through some core engagement and then takes you into leg progressions. This leg series starts with glute raises and invites you to test your strength with single-leg raises. Expect lots of core engagement in the final parts of this class as Hana will invite you to work through side planks and side leg raises to work those obliques.
This class uses a chip foam block and a yoga mat. If you don't have a chip foam block you can use a towel or a smaller pillow.
