Build strength and balance through a dynamic and challenging sequence of postures. Mikaela asks you to slow down through your transitions to discover newfound strength, stronger alignment in your body and presence.
Mikaela is always sure to pull mindfulness into her sequences, you'll feel a grounding calm throughout your practice. Ease into this class with a series of reclined twists and breathwork. You'll work through your core in a boat pose and strengthen through the obliques side body planks. Mikaela's cues through lunges and chair pose are gentle and fun reminding you to bring a lightness to your practice.
At the end, extend your rest pose as long as you feel your body needs!
This class uses a yoga mat only, so you can set those props aside!
