This side body flow will help you build strength and lengthen through the nooks and crannies that can sometimes get overlooked in your every day movements.
You'll work through a standing series, that will open up your shoulders, make space in your chest, and get your blood flowing. Jayme will guide you into an extended and then regular triangle pose, inviting you to fire up your obliques. Expect high lunges with a side stretch and a peak pose of Wild Thing.
This class doesn't use any props but if yoga blocks suit your practice you can have them at the sides of your mat, just in case. If you don't have any yoga blocks, you can use a stack of books, a firm pillow, or something in a similar nature.
