With the changing of seasons, the cooling of the air, and the slow journey to the end of the year, Mikaela has brought us an intuitive and gentle Flow. In fact, she suggests to do the majority of this the practice with your eyes closed.
This class will help you recharge and mindfully expand into each pose. It is a slow Vinyasa class, so there will be fluid standing and seated postures aligned with breath.
