Join Sasha for a more mellow take on a traditional Vinyasa Flow class. In many Vinyasa Flow classes, you will go through a number of sun salutations to warm you up and get your lungs pumping. Sasha shares with us her alternative to these aerobic sequences that are less intense and a bit slower. You can still expect to move dynamically with the breath and open your body up with deep stretching poses.
