Join Heather for a 30-minute ab-strengthening Core Fusion class! This is Heather's favourite style to practice when she is crunched for time. 30-minutes is all you need to strengthen and tone your body, as well as still feel like you've had a really great workout. 
This class, although short, will be dynamic and challenging. No props required!
