Welcome to your Day 2 Meditation of your Digital Retreat!
This day is all about honouring what makes us each unique. The questions we asked ourselves yesterday now take shape in the way we see our world today. Yesterday, we questioned the things blocking us from feeling self-love. Today, we look inward and really identify things we can accept and learn to love about ourselves - the things that make you, you!
Be sure you have your journal close by, and that you have received your "Day 2" Digital Retreat email before beginning.
STEP 1: Listen to this Meditation
This is your first class of the day. Find a comfortable seat to really relax. Light some candles or turn on your diffuser, grab pillows, cushions, or blocks (whatever you prefer) and settle into your comfortable position. Listen to the words Hillary says and let them sink in. Let everything that you brought up yesterday melt away. Clear room in your heart to open yourself up to loving the things about you that make you unique,
STEP 2: Journaling
After this meditation, open your journal and bring up your Self Love Digital Retreat "Day 2" email. This email contains special Journal prompts for you to write down and answer as truthfully as you can. Take all the time you need on this.
