This is a 50 minute Intermediate Power Yoga practice. This class won't focus on any specific arm balances or inversions but will be a total-body, fiery Vinyasa practice. Prepare to synchronize your breath with movement, to build heat in the body, and to challenge your mind to stay committed & focused to the present moment.
