Join Alison for a quick, fast-paced core class!
This class will get into multiple areas of the core including the abdominals, obliques, back, and glutes. This is a high-intensity core class, so remember to take breaks or move through the exercises slower than cued if you need to. If you do a lot of Pilates and core-based practices, focus on maintaining alignment throughout the entire class.
No props are required.
